Acrylic name plates
Made from 3mm to 12 mm thick virgin acrylic sheet as background plate background with Acrylic laser cut letters as per clients’ required design sizes and colors of the matter.
The above image shows a dark brown background acrylic sheet with 10mm thick white acrylic laser-cut letters as per logo design and sizes.
Metal Name plates
Metal name plates are made with 0.5mm to 1mm thick SS (or aluminum or any other metal) sheet fabricated embossed background with laser engraving or acid engraving or Vinyl plotter cut logo or matter should be pasted on the metal plates. Metal nameplates are available in Brush finish steel, Glossy finish steel, Golden PVD-coated steel, Rose gold, Bronze, black PVD-coated steel, etc… Colors as well as some anodized aluminum metal sheets are also used to make the nameplate.
Acrylic LED name plates
Acrylic LED nameplates are the same as acrylic nameplates with a virgin acrylic sheet background plate/ 3mm thick PVDF coated ACP sheets as background. Client matter design and sizes cut in CNC cut or laser cut. The nameplate with cutouts is then illuminated by fixing LED lights with multicolor or single-color options on the backside of the CNC/laser cut design or letters. Metal LED Name plates
Metal sheet nameplates are made from 0.5mm to 1mm thick Metal sheets (SS original finish, glossy finish SS, Brush finish SS, PVD coated SS sheets, Anodized aluminum sheets, etc…) Any colored metal sheets are then cut in the high-accuracy laser machine as per the client’s requirements. Acrylic defuser sheets as per the required color can be used also. There are multiple color options for LED lights as well.
