Backlit Glow Signboard is available in many types of material and many types of lighting sources

Flex-printed backlit glow sign

The most common type of Glow signboard is a flex printed light box, which comes with single-sided visibility and double-sided visibility options and is mounted as a so-called projecting sign protruding from the facade. They have traditionally been illuminated with fluorescent lights, but nowadays we equip most of our glow signboards or light boxes with LED lighting fixtures. LED  is significantly more energy efficient and has a longer service life than fluorescent lamps and the box can be made a lot thinner.

Technology is upgrading day by day and new lighting, as well as new print media, are also changing the old tradition. Nowadays ultra-thin fabrics with pure white colors are available, these fabrics give brighter results than traditional flex banner prints, Apart from that UV print is replacing the traditional solvent and eco-solvent print day by day, which is the brighter and more durable print for any backlit media.

Acrylic Backlit Glow Signboards

The Acrylic glow sign board is made of a Metal frame box of 40mm to 150mm thickness as per site conditions with LED lighting inside the glow sign board. The Acrylic can be UV printed or 3M vinyl / LG vinyl graphics plotter cut and pasted or laser cut acrylic pasted as per sign board design and dimensions.

There are a number of different variations on how the sign’s front can be designed:

• Acrylic printed or cut-pasted sheets with lightbox
• Flex Banner Print with lightbox
• Printed canvas lightbox
• UV Printed fabric with lightbox

Can be used in both outdoor and indoor environments. Their simple design means that production costs can be lower than when you produce profile lettering, for example. When working with lightbox signs/glow signs in large series, we can develop fronts that are formed or vacuum-pressed in acrylic plastic.
