DETAILS OF MAKING OF LED SIGN BOARDS
Complete 3D letters for sign board are made from 2mm/3mm/5mm thickness Acrylic sheet as well as 0.8mm to 1.2mm thick Aluminum profile according to the letter sizes and wind load calculations, 3mm/4mm ACP sheet channel letters, 2 years / 3 years / 5 years warranty LEDs are used. In some cases, letters are also raped with vinyl films where the direct acrylic color shades are not available. For extra durability sometimes UV printed Front face can be used. High-strength and quality adhesives are used to fabricate the sign. Letters can be made 25mm to 120mm embossed We also use Silicon gel to protect the letters from dust and insects.
